We ask that you please be sure to update your contact information prior to making an appointment. Provide your most recent address and a valid cell phone number so that we may contact you if there are changes to your appointment and so that our providers can communicate any information to you regarding your visit. You can update your patient information by selecting your name, which will be highlighted in blue in the top-right corner after you sign in, and then click on "Edit Profile". Failure to update your information may delay us in adequately providing services to you.
COVID-19 Testing & Vaccinations
Saliva based COVID testing is provided free to all GSU students, faculty, and staff. For information on the available testing sites for COVID on the GSU campuses, please visit https://ahead.gsu.edu. Appointments are not required.
The Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson COVID Vaccines are available for free to all GSU students, faculty, and staff. Please be aware that the Moderna and the Johnson and Johnson vaccines are approved for those who are 18 years of age and older, and the Pfizer vaccine is approved for those who are 12 years of age and older.
While the COVID Vaccine is strongly encouraged, it is not a requirement for enrollment.
Please do not schedule more than 1 appointment as this will cause all of your appoinments to be cancelled.

You can now access, view, and print your immunization records in the Patient Portal. To access your records, log into your account using your GSU Campus ID and password, go to the "Immunizations" tab, and click on "View History". If you have received an immunization hold, you can view all of the missing vaccines under "Missing Immunizations" in the History. Your hold WILL NOT be removed until all of the missing requirements have been completed.

Online Appointment Scheduling (for GSU students ONLY)
We are not accepting any walk-ins, but you can make both in-person and telehealth appointments via the Patient Portal! If you are experiencing cold, flu, or COVID like symptoms, you will not be able to schedule an in-person visit and you must schedule a Telehealth appointment. To schedule a Telehealth appointment, log into the patient portal and select "Telehealth" as your appointment reason.
